Passport services

Applications for Australian passports must be lodged in person with an appointment.

The Passport Office operates an appointment system, there is no walk-in service.  Applicants without an appointment will not be seen so please ensure you contact the office in advance to make an appointment.

There is currently a wait of 4 weeks for an appointment so please ensure you allow plenty of time to apply for your passport before your intended date of travel.

The Australian Passport Office has introduced a new portal for clients to complete their passport applications online. This will require clients to first register for an account before completing the passport application.

If clients face any issues when completing the passport application or during the account registration process, clients should contact their closest Australian Embassy, Consulate or High Commission.

We will be conducting passport interviews in Liverpool from 9 to 12 October inclusive. To make an appointment please contact our office.
