The Consular Office is open from 9.00am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Messages left on our consular phone are retuned promptly. This number can be contacted on +44 (0)2078875776.

In case of an emergency the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade Consular Emergency Centre in Canberra can be contacted on +61 2 6261 3305 or 0808 5890 165 (Free-call from the UK) 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Please note that the Consular Office is not open on Australian or British public holidays.
